Will I use up my scraps this year?

Floral-window-textured-tag

If you are anything like me and have a tendency to save every little piece of scrap paper, ribbon or lace, then a new year often brings up the all-important question:
"Will I finally use up my scraps this year?" *LOL*

So I was really happy to use up a remnant piece of crochet doily on my tag. And the stamens. And that green ribbon. And that little bit of lace.

And made a small dent in my scraps collection...NOT!
But let's celebrate the small victories right? *winks*

And, no, I will never use up my scraps. :/ In fact, the collection seems to get bigger not smaller as time passes!

I like what you did with your scraps. I know and sympathize with your excess, but it's fun playing with everything until they find a beautiful home....right?

Oh, how beautiful, Yvonne! SO glamorous and such a fun little window scene. Bonus points for using up even a small amount of stash scraps, too!

I do save my scraps but then turn around and give them to a friend of mine...she loves them {I already have 2 bags for her!} but not sure that her hubby appreciates it:)
